High quality industrial screw compressors are meant for a permanent condition and for permanent activity with a fully automatic system controlling the compressor’s operation depending on the intake of pressed air. These are the compressors with one-grade screw unit, greased with oil. A supply bin is directly integrated to a compressor column. This column ensures other functions: coarse
oil separation in a box, delicate separation, oil filtration, maintenance of minimal pressure including filtration and regulation of absorbed air. The compressor column and electric motor are moored on a frame, that is elastically saved in compressor body shell thanks to rubber springs. The compressor body shell is composed of a frame closed by detachable sound-insulation panels. They are low-cost and guarantee long-term failure free work. They are also designed to handle difficult conditions in non-stop duty and they are becoming a massive back-up to a lot of important technologies.
